” Unfortunately, NATO’s provocative measures and interventions led by US have further complicated the situation in the region”, Iranian foreign minister Saeed said as he requested restraint from all sides, the some message issued by China and India.
The republic of Iran is monitoring the development with sensitivity and urges all sides of the conflict to exercise restraint and avoid any action that could aggravate tensions, Saeed said.
This comes after president Vladimir Putin signed a decree recognizing the break away regions of Lugansk and Donetsk as independent states and also promised to deploy peace keepers in those two regions.

While in UN security council meeting called by Ukraine to discuss the rapidly unfolding situation in eastern Ukraine, US ambassador to UN security council Linda Thomas-Greenfield called the deployment of Russian peace keepers to the two break away regions of Lugansk and Donetsk as” nonsense”.
I think the west is starting to see that sometimes their unilateral policies have long term consequences because they have been recognizing small states like Kosovo, said nothing about Israel annexation of Golan heights, they are in despite with China over Taiwan Independence and they have deployed troops in Syrian Kurdish controlled regions against opposition from Syrian government.
